CCreatorOps

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you can and can't do with CreatorOps. It supplements our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity.

What CreatorOps is for

Receiving and replying to brand outreach you've solicited by publishing your @solyxmedia.com address. That's it. It's a productivity tool for individual creators, not a bulk sender, a marketing platform, or a transactional email service.

Prohibited uses

1. Abuse of the email system

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email, marketing campaigns, or chain mail from your CreatorOps address.
  • Sending email designed to evade spam filters, hide its origin, or impersonate another sender.
  • Using the Service to harvest, validate, or test email addresses ("email scrubbing").
  • Replying to messages that you know to be phishing, scam, or fraudulent solicitations from your CreatorOps address.

2. Impersonation and trademark misuse

  • Choosing a handle that impersonates a person, brand, organization, or government body you don't represent.
  • Misrepresenting yourself or your role in correspondence so a brand believes it is dealing with someone other than you.
  • Using the Service to claim affiliation with CreatorOps, Solyx Media, or any third party without authorization.

3. Illegal activity

  • Using the Service to plan, conduct, or solicit illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or the sale of regulated goods to people not legally able to receive them.
  • Distributing material that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or the recipient's jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Threatening, stalking, harassing, or doxxing another person.

4. Harm to the Service or to others

  • Probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the security of the Service or any user account other than your own.
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, abuse-prevention systems, or quotas.
  • Uploading malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise other users.
  • Automating signups, handle claims, or sends in a way that materially affects Service availability for others.
  • Using the Service in any way that causes the IP addresses, sending domains, or sender reputation we operate to be blacklisted.

5. Misuse of AI-assisted drafts

  • Crafting prompts or rules intended to make the AI generate content prohibited elsewhere in this policy.
  • Using AI drafts to generate misleading testimonials, fake endorsements, or fabricated quotes attributed to real people without consent.
  • Treating AI output as legal, financial, or tax advice.

6. Resale and unauthorized access

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to other people through your account.
  • Sharing your account credentials. Each account is for one person.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP — for example, a CreatorOps user is harassing you or a @solyxmedia.com address is sending spam — please report it to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Include the address, a copy of the offending message with full headers, and any other context. We investigate reports promptly and take action proportionate to the violation.

How we enforce

Depending on the severity and history of a violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning and require you to remediate.
  • Restrict specific features (e.g. disable outbound sending) while we investigate.
  • Reclaim a handle that's being used in violation of this policy.
  • Suspend or terminate the account, with or without refund per the Terms of Service.
  • Refer the matter to law enforcement where appropriate.

We aim to be reasonable. Most violations we see are unintentional, and a clear conversation usually resolves them. Egregious or repeat violations skip straight to termination.

Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
